Boost your kitchen confidence while having fun and amazing everyone, especially yourself.
Class Description: You will learn a quick and easy way to sprout mung beans (an ancient south-asian lentil) and see how versatile they are in meal preparations. You will also discover how simple and satisfying vegetarian cooking can be by learning how to create amazing plant-based dishes. Lastly, you will take away tips and tricks to elevate your dishes by presenting them in a creative and artistic way.

What To Expect: Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment.
Students must have basic cooking skills
- Classes are 2 hours
- You will work with other students in groups of 4
- Classes are limited to 16 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- You will enjoy a taste of every dish
My recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, spices, wheat flours, etc. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
